Yoga Joint YJ Test is an infrared-heated yoga and fitness studio in Miami, FL. We offer heated FIIT (high-intensity interval training) classes, FLOW (vinyasa-style hot yoga) classes, memberships, class packages and introductory offers for every experience level, plus on-demand classes through the Yoga Joint app.

FIIT
FIIT is a 45-minute, infrared-heated, high-energy, low-impact, mat-based workout that combines cardio with strength training using weights and a resistance band.
FLOW
FLOW is a 60-minute, infrared-heated, all-levels Vinyasa-based yoga class that connects breath, movement and mindfulness into one seamless experience.
